Balanced diet
Balanced diet refers to the kinds of nutrients contained in the food, the amount is adequate, the proportion is appropriate, the nutrients provided in the diet and the body needs to maintain the basic balance of standards. The proper proportion of protein, fat and carbohydrate is 1:1.5:5, and the distribution of heat energy is protein, 10%~15%, fat is 20%~25%, carbohydrate is 60%~70%. The ratio of essential amino acids and non essential amino acids in proteins should be 4:6. In order to achieve this requirement, we should first establish a balanced diet model, which is the basic prerequisite for nutritional cancer prevention.
